Here at Ovrload, the primary aim is to enhance your inner athlete, creating robust, athletic individuals who want to move well and feel indestructible. We care less about how you look in the mirror and more about how you look under a bar. Exercise should be about improving your health above all else. If you have previously struggled to exercise without pain, then this is the place for you. We will get you exercising smarter without sacrificing intensity, building up the body’s physical foundations for optimal functional performance.
Meet Mike
I am Mike, the director and coach of Ovrload. I have been in the fitness industry for almost 12 years. I hold a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Medicine, a BSc Honours in Sport Science and have years of Strength and Conditioning experience within semi-professional rugby and higher education.
I launched Ovrload as I believe there is a huge disconnect between exercising and being healthy. Ovrload programming is centred around creating fit, healthy, robust individuals who move well and feel indestructible. I want to help shift the culture within the industry, bridging the gap between health and fitness.
Meet Kelly
I am Kelly, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Coach at Ovrload. Fitness to me is a passion that I’ve been lucky enough to turn into a career. I left the corporate rat race to share that passion with others and I will always strive to encourage people to work hard, train smarter and be stronger.
I understand first hand how a busy life can take so much from you, exercise started as an outlet for me to have time to focus on myself - get myself both physically and mentally strong to deal with what life and the everyday has to throw at you. I’m here to support you to reach your goals and help you see what you are capable of.
